Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied in Presler Case

ANGLETON, Texas - The Texas Supreme Court has denied a petition for writ of mandamus filed by the defendants to review an appeals court's order granting a new trial in a welding fume case that ended in a defense verdict. In re The Lincoln Electric Company, et al. No. 05-1095 (Texas Sup. Ct.)
