Screening Doctor to Appeal Ruling Denying Protective Order

CLEVELAND - A doctor who was ordered to produce documents related to his silicosis screening operations has indicated that he will challenge the decision in a notice filed in Ohio. Purdy, et al. v. Air Liquide America, et al., No. CV-03-506483 (Ohio Ct. App., Eighth App. Dist.).
