Plaintiff Fights Premises Defendant's Move to Defeat Fraud Allegation

OAKLAND, Calif. - A plaintiff in California has moved to oppose a premises defendant's demurrer of allegations that the company was aware of silica-related hazards on its property, yet concealed the dangers from workers and the government. Crayton v. A-1 Aggregates, et al., No. RG05232707 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
The opposition was filed March 23 in Alameda County Superior Court by Robert Crayton who sued numerous defendants alleging injury caused by exposure to silica dust.
