CLEVELAND -- The judge presiding over the Welding Fume MDL has issued a written order almost two months after verbally denying a defense motion to sanction plaintiffs' counsel for allegedly filing claims they said are based on fabricated diagnoses. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535. Case NO. 1:03-cv-17000. (N.D. Ohio).
