MDL Judge Issues Written Order Denying Motion to Sanction Plaintiffs' Counsel

CLEVELAND -- The judge presiding over the Welding Fume MDL has issued a written order almost two months after verbally denying a defense motion to sanction plaintiffs' counsel for allegedly filing claims they said are based on fabricated diagnoses.
