OAKLAND, Calif. - Forty-nine plaintiffs in the California coordinated Welding Product Cases litigation recently supported their motion to quash the defendants' subpoenas for production of records, saying they have only put at issue the part of their medical history that relates to treatment for their alleged exposure to welding fumes, not their entire medical history as the defendants assert.
