MDL Special Master: Plaintiffs Must Fill out 'Notice of Diagnosis' Form

CLEVELAND - The Welding Fume MDL Special Master has directed plaintiffs to comply with a recent case administration order requiring them to submit a 'Notice of Diagnosis' clarifying their medical diagnoses. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation. MDL No. 1535. Case No. 1:03-cv-17000 (N.D. Ohio).

On April 10 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Special Master David R. Cohen said the plaintiffs must file a Notice of Diagnosis to conform the claims asserted in their fact sheets and to clarify their medical diagnoses.
