PASCAGOULA, Miss. - A special master in Mississippi has recommended that a trial court order limited production of documents related to a plaintiff expert's examination and diagnoses of thousands of silica plaintiffs over a period of nearly a year and a half. Fairley v. Pulmosan Safety Equipment, et al., No. CI-2004-001-SI (Miss. Cir. Ct., Jackson Cty.).
Special Master X.M. Frascogna issued the recommendation on March 31 in a Mississippi silica case where defendants have for months sought such information from plaintiffs' expert, Dr. Jay Segarra.
