CLEVELAND - The MDL plaintiffs recently replied to the defendants' opposition to their motion to appoint an independent epidemiological expert to study the association between welding fumes and manganese, arguing that the welding industry is 'scared to death' of the results of a study they cannot 'control, design, or fund.'
