OAKLAND, Calif. - The judge presiding over the coordinated welding fume cases in Alameda County Superior Court recently granted in part a defense motion to compel further responses to discovery, ruling that the plaintiffs must identify 'with particularity' their alleged welding fume-related injuries or illnesses. In re: Welding Product Cases. JCCP No. 4368 (Calif. Sup. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
