ROLLING FORK, Miss. - Defendants in Mississippi have moved for sanctions against the law firm that filed the one case over which Judge Janis Graham Jack ruled she had jurisdiction when she sanctioned the same firm in a remand order and advisory opinion issued last year. McDuff, et al. v. Aearo, et al., No. 02-101 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Sharkey Cty.).

In a brief filed March 10, the defendants urge the Sharkey County Circuit Court judge who now has jurisdiction over the matter to apply Judge Jack's reasoning and methodology and further sanction the law firm of O'Quinn, Laminack & Pirtle …
