ROLLING FORK, Miss. - Defendants in Mississippi have moved for sanctions against the law firm that filed the one case over which Judge Janis Graham Jack ruled she had jurisdiction when she sanctioned the same firm in a remand order and advisory opinion issued last year. McDuff, et al. v. Aearo, et al., No. 02-101 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Sharkey Cty.).
