FAYETTE, Miss. - A severed Mississippi state court silica claim may remain in the venue where it was originally filed as a 22-plaintiff case, a special master has ruled in a report recommending to a trial court judge that a defense motion to dismiss the case be denied. Sanders v. American Optical Corp., et al., No. 2002-263 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Jefferson Cty.).
