OAKLAND, Calif. - Plaintiffs and defendants in a California silica case have locked horns over a case management order that, as proposed, would require plaintiffs to provide a significant amount of information about their case before additional discovery could be conducted. Bradley v. A-1 Aggregates, et al., No. RG05214038 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
The parties recently exchanged briefs ahead of a case management conference slated for March 17 in Alameda County Superior Court, where dozens of state silica claims are pending.
