CLEVELAND - The Welding Fume MDL plaintiffs moved to compel defendants to produce data from a defense expert's study on Danish welders. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation. Case No. 1:03-cv-17000. MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
On Jan. 20, the plaintiffs urged the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio to compel the defendants and/or their experts to produce the data or preclude its use at trial.
