Plaintiffs' Response Claims Motion for Sanctions a 'Wasteful Distraction'

CLEVELAND -- Plaintiffs involved in the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL have filed a response to a defense motion for sanctions, saying that the motion is a 'desperate' measure to preclude medical causation. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
The response was filed under seal on Jan. 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
