Judge Proposes Post-Glass/Green Orders in Mississippi Silica Cases




JACKSON, Miss. - In the wake of a new order clarifying pleading requirements in Mississippi, a state court judge has begun distributing proposed rulings on the severance and possible transfer of numerous multi-plaintiff silica cases in the state. Irons, et al. v. Aearo, et al., No. 2002-307 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Claiborne Cty.).
