CLEVELAND - The Welding Fume MDL plaintiffs said the defendants are erroneously arguing that they are violating a 2004 joint-stipulated protective order by seeking to publish analysis of a defense-funded study on welding fume-related parkinsonism, a brief recently filed by plaintiffs alleges.
