Response to Defense Motion for Sanctions Filed; Document Under Court Seal

CLEVELAND -- The Welding Fume MDL plaintiffs have responded to a defense motion for sanctions that also seeks the dismissal of thousands of MDL claims, but the response has been filed under court seal, sources told HarrisMartin. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).

The response was filed Jan. 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
