CLEVELAND -- The judge presiding over the Welding Fume MDL denied a bellwether plaintiff's motion to remand his trial proceedings to a Texas court, saying the plaintiff had previously waived his right to object to venue. Solis v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 04-CV-17363; In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
