MDL Judge Denies Bellwether Plaintiff's Motion to Remand Trial

CLEVELAND -- The judge presiding over the Welding Fume MDL denied a bellwether plaintiff's motion to remand his trial proceedings to a Texas court, saying the plaintiff had previously waived his right to object to venue.
