DAYTON, Ohio - A defendant in a silica case was among numerous others recently dismissed from an Ohio silica case after claiming the plaintiff failed to identify its product as a cause of his alleged silica-related injury. Jones v. 3M Company, et al., No. 2004 CV 5194 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Montgomery Cty.).
