ATLANTA -- Parties have yet to file briefs in the interlocutory appeal of a 2004 decision in which a state court judge denied motions to dismiss or sever claims filed by approximately 340 plaintiffs in seven welding fume lawsuits. Lincoln Electric Company, et al. v. Long, et al., No. A05I0028 (Ga. Ct. App.).
