CLEVELAND-- Several plaintiffs with claims pending in the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL have sought voluntary dismissal in a Jan. 6 motion. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
The motion, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, states that the 17 plaintiffs no longer wish to prosecute their claims and ask that an order dismissing without prejudice be entered.
The stipulated motion is the third of its nature filed in recent weeks -- plaintiffs Scott Landry and Dewey Morgan asked Judge Kathleen O'Malley to dismiss their claims …
