CHICAGO - A Chicago man recently sued 37 welding companies and the National Electric Manufacturer's Association, claiming that his nervous system disorder developed as a result of more than 20 years of exposure to toxic welding fumes. Stark v. Abex Corp., et al. No. 05-cv-6987 (N.D. Ill.).
