OAKLAND, Calif. -- Stoody Company has been dismissed without prejudice from 14 California welding fume cases. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Cases, No. JCCP 004368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).

In a March 28 stipulation of dismissal filed jointly by the plaintiffs and defendant in the California Superior Court for Alameda County, the parties indicated that each party will bear its own costs and attorney fees in connection with the dismissal.
