JACKSON, Miss. - The Mississippi Supreme Court today remanded the claims of more than two dozen silica plaintiffs so that an order may be issued by the trial court requiring compliance with the state's recently established pleading standards for mass tort cases. 3M Co. v. Glass, et al., No. 2003-IA-00617-SCT (Miss. Sup. Ct.).
