CLEVELAND - Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. urged the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio to grant its motion for leave to file an omnibus motion for summary judgment, saying that publications published by the insurance company in the 1930s are not subject to the welding fume plaintiffs' claims.
