Illinois Men Say Cook County Court More Suitable to Handle Their Claims

CHICAGO - Two Cook County, Illinois, welders moved to remand their case, saying the state court has already determined that they stated a cause of action for medical monitoring against Lincoln Electric Co. and that their proposed class only applies to Cook County welders.
