Defendants Seek Sanctions, Dismissal of Claims Based on Screenings

CLEVELAND -- Defendants in the Welding Fume MDL have filed a motion seeking sanctions against plaintiffs' counsel in two cases, along with the dismissal of thousands of additional claims they say are based on allegedly fabricated diagnoses by an expert who has 'designed and defined' the litigation.
