CLEVELAND - On Dec. 5, the welding fume MDL judge denied Nordan Smith's 14 motions to dismiss cases brought by Mississippi plaintiffs, concluding that the plaintiffs had previously stated a 'colorable, non-fraudulent, basis for recovery.'
