4 Cuyahoga County Cases Set for Trial in 2006

CLEVELAND - Justice Francis E. Sweeney of the Court of Common Pleas in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, had plaintiffs choose four cases to go to trial in 2006, sources told HarrisMartin.

In a July 12 case management order, Justice Sweeney had the plaintiffs pick four out of 10 cases to start trial next year.

Sources indicated that the case management order has not been amended.

Boyd (No. 04545413) is set for trial on April 17, 2006, Bateman (No. 04-545415) on June 26, Rector (No.04-546711) on Aug. 28 and Abram (No. 04-545414) on Nov. 6, sources said.
