MDL Plaintiffs Say New Ruth Evidence Applies to MDL Discovery

CLEVELAND - The Welding Fume MDL plaintiffs asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio for an MDL evidentiary ruling and have moved to compel documents from all defendants, saying recently discovered information regarding the association between the welding fume defendants in another case applies to discovery in the MDL.
