MDL Plaintiffs Say a Summary Judgment Motion Premature




CLEVELAND - Welding Fume MDL plaintiffs urged the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio on Nov. 14 to deny Metropolitan Life's motion for leave to file an omnibus motion for summary judgment in all cases in which it is named as a defendant, arguing that a summary judgment motion would be premature.
