CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Sources tell HarrisMartin Publishing that Judge Janis Graham Jack has effectively dismantled the federal Silica Products Liability Litigation MDL. In Re: Silica Products Liability Litigation, MDL 1553 (S.D. Texas).
According to sources, Judge Jack said during a Nov. 14 hearing in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas that she would remand all cases currently pending in MDL 1553 to the Mississippi state courts in which they originated.
