Dr. Segarra Called to Deposition in Federal Silica MDL 1553

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - An expert witness whose diagnoses have provided the basis for numerous silicosis claims pending in several states has been called to testify before the judge overseeing the Silica Products Liability MDL in Texas. In Re: Silica Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1553 (S.D. Texas).
