Ky. Man's Lawsuit Stayed Pending Transfer to MDL

LONDON, Ky. - The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky granted a defense motion to stay a Kentucky man's lawsuit pending transfer to the Welding Fume MDL. Daulton v. A.O. Smith Corp., et al. No. 6:05-cv-00478 (E.D. Ky.).

The defendants moved to stay the case until the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation determined whether it would be transferred to the Welding Fume MDL in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
