ANGLETON, Texas -- Recently produced documents -- which plaintiffs claim were unavailable for a recent trial that ended in a defense verdict -- reveal that the defendants were aware that welders were being exposed to manganese levels exceeding the threshold limit value and that discussion had taken place on altering the gas mixture in an attempt to reduce worker exposure, according to excerpts of the documents obtained by HarrisMartin.
