Welding Defendants Remove Case to Mo. Federal Court

ST. LOUIS - Air Products & Chemicals and 21 other defendants removed a Missouri man's welding fume lawsuit to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri on Oct. 19. Robert L. Bennett v. Air Products & Chemicals, et al., No. 4:05-cv-01912, (E.D. Mo.).
