Transfer Defendants Urge Court to Stay 'Tag-Along' Case Pending JPML Decision

CHICAGO - The BOC Group Inc. and eight other transfer defendants said an Illinois welding fume case should be stayed pending transfer by the Welding Fume MDL in Ohio. Arnell Grant, et al. v. Illinois Tool Works, et al. No. 1:05-cv-05904 (N.D. Ill.).

Arnell Grant and Wayne Samborski sued Illinois Tools Works and other welding rod manufacturers in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Ill. (No. 2004CH21112).
