Several Calif. Plaintiffs Adopt Master Complaint

OAKLAND, Calif. -- Several plaintiffs with claims pending in California's coordinated welding fumes docket have adopted the amended master complaint. In re: Welding Products Cases, No. 4368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).

In an order entered Sept. 19, the court granted the motion to adopt the amended master complaint to be used in the litigation.

Adopting the amended master complaint were plaintiffs William Tolmasoff, Mark Urias, William and Kathy Young, Thomas Anderson, George Beasley, Robert Cole, Juan and Norma Gacta, Reginald Johnson, Keith Kostad, Michael and Julie Morgan, Kenneth and Cindy Moore, Bruce Peterson, James Prince, Armando Rodriguez, John Thomas, …
