OAKLAND, Calif. -- Several plaintiffs with claims pending in California's coordinated welding fumes docket have adopted the amended master complaint. In re: Welding Products Cases, No. 4368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
In an order entered Sept. 19, the court granted the motion to adopt the amended master complaint to be used in the litigation.
