Welding Fume Class Action Filed in Federal Court

SAN FRANCISCO -- A class action lawsuit alleging neurological injury as a result of exposure to toxic welding fumes was recently filed in California federal court. Simonds, et al. v. A.O. Smith, et al., No. 05-04145 (N.D. Calif.).

The class action complaint was filed Oct. 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, where it was assigned to Judge Elizabeth D. Laporte.
