MetLife Says MDL Court Should Allow Summary Judgment Motion

CLEVELAND - Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. moved for leave to file an omnibus motion for summary judgment on Oct. 22, arguing that the MDL Court should allow the motion to be filed after its recent ruling on a conspiracy claim in another welding fume case. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation. MDL Docket No. 1535. Case No. 1:03-cv-17000 (N.D. Ohio).
