Parties Agree to South Carolina Silica CMO; Opposition Motions Withdrawn

YORK, S.C. - Parties in the consolidated South Carolina silica litigation have agreed to enter a case management order as previously negotiated, after plaintiffs in the cases had argued in opposition that general opinions about the litigation contained in the order were based on inaccurate or manipulated data.
