California Plaintiff Offers Dismissal Following 1/0 B-Read Report




OAKLAND, Calif. - A California plaintiff has indicated he will voluntarily dismiss his silica-related lawsuit after an ILO b-read report indicated that his injuries were not as significant as once believed. Campos v. Silica Resources Inc., et al., No. RG04161759 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).

A Sept. 13 letter from counsel for plaintiff Ernest Ray Campos indicated that the b-read report showed that Campos was found to have an 1/0 ILO rating following examination by Dr. Donald Breyer.

'He has some mild disease, but not as much as he or we had believed,' the letter stated.
