ANGLETON, Texas -- Defendants who received a favorable outcome in a recent welding fume trial have filed a writ of mandamus appealing the trial court's recent decision to grant a motion for a new trial. In re: Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 14-05-01081-CV (Texas 14th Ct. App.).
The writ was filed Oct. 21 in the Fourteenth Texas Court of Appeals by Lincoln Electric Co., Hobart Brothers and TDY Industries.
