More than 100 Welding Fume MDL Cases Voluntarily Dismissed

CLEVELAND - The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio granted 111 MDL plaintiffs' motions for voluntary dismissal on Oct. 18. In re Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation. MDL Docket No. 1535. Case No. 03-17000. (N.D. Ohio.)
District Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley also granted 59 motions by certain plaintiffs' counsel to withdraw from their representation and also for voluntary dismissal.
