ANGLETON, Texas - A Texas court has granted a plaintiff motion for a new trial to a Texas couple whose first trial ended in a defense verdict, sources told HarrisMartin. Presler, et al., v. Lincoln Electric, et al., No. 23472 (Texas 23rd Dist. Ct., Brazoria Cty.).
The Texas 23rd District Court for Brazoria County issued an order granting the motion for a retrial on Sept. 13.
