Two More Cases Transferred to Welding Fume MDL

CLEVELAND - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation recently transferred two federal cases to the Welding Fume MDL in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. In re Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation. MDL Docket No. 1535. No. 03-17000 (N.D. Ohio).

Fenwick Jenkins, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al (No. 2:05-cv-2693) in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and Randy Dean McAlister v. A.O. Smith Corp., et al (No. 0:05-cv-1450) in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota were transferred on Oct. 12.
