MDL Plaintiffs Say Defendants are Withholding Valuable Discovery Documents

CLEVELAND - The plaintiffs in the Welding Fume MDL believe the welding defendants are withholding valuable discovery documents, and urged the court to support its motion to compel such documents. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation. No. 03-17000. MDL Docket No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
On Sept. 30, the plaintiffs in the Welding Fume MDL urged the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio to grant their motion to compel the defendants to produce certain discovery documents. The defendants opposed on Oct. 11.
