Court Grants 3M Motion to Clarify 'Factual Findings' in Sophisticated User Ruling

CLEVELAND - 3M has successfully moved a trial court to clarify a recent opinion denying its motion for summary judgment based on the sophisticated user defense, after the silica defendant claimed the decision made certain statements regarding the 8710 dust mask that might be construed as determinations of fact.
