Illinois Silica Plaintiff Says Trial Court Erred in Sending Case to Wisconsin

MT. VERNON, Ill. - A former iron worker whose case was recently transferred to Wisconsin by a Madison County Ill., judge has filed a petition for leave to appeal the ruling. Dille v. American Optical Corp., et al., No. n/a (Ill. App. Ct., 5th Dist.).
