MT. VERNON, Ill. - A former iron worker whose case was recently transferred to Wisconsin by a Madison County Ill., judge has filed a petition for leave to appeal the ruling. Dille v. American Optical Corp., et al., No. n/a (Ill. App. Ct., 5th Dist.).
In a petition filed Sept. 21 in the Fifth District Appellate Court of Illinois, Gary Dille argues that the trial court judge erred when it applied an intrastate forum standard for an argument that should have been determined under the doctrine of interstate forum non conveniens.
