Judges Withdraw Motion to Refer Silica Cases to W.Va. Mass Litigation Panel

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - An order has been entered in the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, indicating that a motion to transfer three silica cases to the state's Mass Litigation Panel has been withdrawn.
