Judges Withdraw Motion to Refer Silica Cases to W.Va. Mass Litigation Panel




CHARLESTON, W.Va. - An order has been entered in the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, indicating that a motion to transfer three silica cases to the state's Mass Litigation Panel has been withdrawn. Re: Motion to Refer Silica Cases (Ohio County Civil Action Nos. 05-C-108, 05-C-200 and 05-C-259) to the Mass Litigation Panel is Hereby Withdrawn, Admin. Order No. n/a (W.Va. Sup. Ct. App.).
